LUNAR Pratama is seeking a talented and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling and route optimization.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support in the recruitment, training, and development of drivers.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
