📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees regarding IT issues and concerns,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and issues,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and provide recommendations for improvements,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the effective management of IT resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware,Experience with network infrastructure and security,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
