📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in sales and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets,Strong negotiation and presentation skills,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
