Go Urban Abadi is seeking a talented Assistant Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, and other written materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and other written materials,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency,Adapt technical information for different audiences, including end-users, customers, and internal teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of new products and features by providing clear, accurate documentation,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, is a plus
