📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies,Assist the barista in making coffee and ensuring high-quality standards,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints,Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations,Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or café,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems,Basic knowledge of inventory management,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
