📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.,Reviewing financial statements and reports to identify areas of improvement and potential risks.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborating with the Audit Committee and other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Participating in continuous learning and development activities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control systems.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA) is a plus.
