📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) and job portals.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating orientation activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on HR-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
