📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement and manage IT service management processes using ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
- Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for incident and problem resolution.
- Manage the service desk operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular reviews and improvements of IT services to align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest IT service management trends and technologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service quality.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- ITIL Foundation or ITIL Intermediate certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management best practices and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with project management tools like Trello or Asana is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
