    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of managing a team effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English
  • Valid driver's license
