Puskesmas Kirana Bakery is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR department in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle administrative tasks such as processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee communications.,Provide general HR support to the organization, including assisting with employee relations and conflict resolution.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferred but not required).,Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
