📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client portfolios.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to key clients.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on their performance and progress.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of services.,Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with key clients and stay up-to-date with market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
