📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.
  • Perform routine tasks such as changing bedding, assisting with meals, and helping patients with activities of daily living.
  • Monitor patients for any signs of distress or complications and report them to the appropriate healthcare provider.
  • Participate in staff meetings and other team activities to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices and trends to provide the best possible care to patients.
  • Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active registration as a Nurse with the relevant healthcare board.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
