📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we have the right talent for each position.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with suitable candidates.
  • Maintain a strong candidate database and track the recruitment process for all positions.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
