In this remote position, you will be responsible for handling all cash transactions, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals as required,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management by counting and restocking products,Provide feedback to customers about products and services,Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus,Willingness to work in a remote environment
