As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and effective manner.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving sales and financial targets.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards in the food and beverage industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
