📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the consumer goods or FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
