Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a section of the medical center,Ensuring that all healthcare services are provided in accordance with industry standards and regulations,Managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals,Developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of patient care,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the section,Ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and equipped to provide the best possible care,Maintaining a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff,Ensuring that all financial and administrative aspects of the section are managed effectively🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry,Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with medical software and technology🛠️ Keahlian
