Search Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for our prestigious luxury interior fit-out and renovation projects in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the costing, budgeting, and financial aspects of our projects. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out and renovation projects.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they remain within budget and on schedule.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cost reports, variance reports, and cash flow forecasts.,Conduct regular meetings and site inspections to review project progress and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and tender specifications.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams on cost-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on interior fit-out and renovation projects.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Proficient in the use of quantity surveying software, such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
