📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales promotions to increase brand visibility.,Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
