📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the team and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Manage staff by delegating tasks, setting targets, and providing feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our operations run smoothly and that all tasks are completed on time.

  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that our team is safe and well-protected.
  • Attend to any issues or concerns raised by team members and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and implement them in our operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
