Net Camp Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and a proven track record in training and development activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development activities.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
