📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for maritime and logistics personnel
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced recruitment software such as Oracle Taleo and SAP SuccessFactors
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to onboarding
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with maritime and logistics professionals
• Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the maritime and logistics industry
• Strong understanding of the maritime and logistics industry, including relevant certifications such as STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) or equivalent
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Oracle Taleo and SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with Indonesian maritime and logistics regulations and best practices
