SMT Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Superintendent or Production Leader to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor production teams, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing best practices and standards.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high product standards.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.,Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing or production.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Understanding of safety regulations and practices in the manufacturing industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the electronics or SMT manufacturing industry is a plus.
