📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports using QuickBooks or similar software
• Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support internal audits
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and document management
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Contribute to team meetings and projects as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in an FMCG environment
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus
