📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute fibre network projects, ensuring seamless connectivity across Bali.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software for network design and planning.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify optimal network placement.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSP planning and fibre network projects.
• Proven experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS software.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and network design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the telecommunications industry in Bali is a plus.
