📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
• Coordinate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainment providers, to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful delivery within agreed parameters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing, sales, and operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees throughout the event lifecycle.
• Leverage social media and other digital platforms to promote and market events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event planning strategies.
• Attend and participate in networking events and industry conferences to build professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing events of varying sizes and complexities.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
